I liked that RBs.

I got slapped in the face by a woman who was high on meth while I was eating lunch at that Arby's one time. A lot of fond memories there.

Had a nice time at the Hawks game yesterday. Parked 2 blocks from the stadium for free, tailgated all afternoon, and found three tickets to the game for free. Beak 'em!

I used to see James Johnson drive a pink moped on the sidewalks of campus pretty regularly, gold grill and all.

Became friends with a football player in my Public Speaking class, and he used to tell me stories about Thomas Clayton and how he would be the last one out of the locker room before team pictures because he'd be doing push-ups and stuffing socks in the front of his football pants.

Terry Pierce once backed out on giving me and my bros a free keg.

Fitz's thoughts on the Mercury article:

"Basically, their version of events is the girls weren't in public view, they didn't catch him peeping, he didn't enter their bar, and yet they've publicly accused him of being a peeping Tom. Well, aside from their version of events not making any sense, they've done a textbook job of defining libel.

As for the "we just didn't want him to drive" lie, anyone who knows D knows he's the king of the Manhattan cab system or he crashes at the office. He would never mention driving home because he never does.

The problem is suing Rusty is fruitless. He can't pay his bills now. Just swimming in debt."

Saison-Brett was great. Luckily Mrs. SS didn't like it so I got the whole bottle to myself.

Love child 5 is pretty good.  Not as good as Prarie Funky Gold Amarillo, but good.

Haven't really hopped on the love child bandwagon yet. I always buy a few bottles, but they don't do a whole lot for me.

Saison-Bret though. Wow. is this the best beer in the world? Yes.

Found a bottle of Saison-Brett at Price Chopper by chance the other day and about to try this stuff out.

Probably missed this somewhere along the way, but how in the world are you able to rack up 300k UR points a year, SD? :sdeek:

In the last 2 or 3 years I've gotten 2 Sapphire cards (first one actually got 100k, second only 50k), an Ink Bold and two Inks, and a Freedom. I max out all the quarterly Freedom categories. I use almost exclusively the UR portal for non-amazon online shopping. Sapphire is my primary spend card for spend that isn't bonus'ed anywhere else. Ink for gas. I get some referral points from you studs. I don't know, they just come to me faster than I can spend them.

another thing I do is buy starbucks gift cards from staples (online because I'm not wasting my time going to the store) and load them to my starbucks account. A $200 starbucks gift card is 1k UR points with the 5x Ink bonus and, unfortunately, mrs. dave and I burn through that really fast so we probably get about 10k UR points from just starbucks every year.

Nice. I've accumulated a decent amount of points just by using my CSP the last couple years, but I'd like to add to that with some other Chase cards. From the research that I've done it looks like there are only referral bonuses for Chase Freedom every once in a while. If someone gives me a referral link for Freedom, I'll try and use it.

They picked Beaty up at the airport in Lawrence in a Toyota and a Honda. It's definitely time for us to lend them some money.
