This sounds weird, but that's the whole article. No awesome quotes from Rusty. Just said the holders of the loan and he worked something out. lazy reporting. When there is no byline, expect the worst.

T-Y.pm or post the case #, I doubt there will be significantly more there though, because, like I said, they reached an outside agreement the terms of which would not have been revealed in court.

Even if not, the actual dismissal order will more accurately show that the bank got some sort of satisfaction and then voluntarily dismissed THIS case with prejudice, rather than Rusty "winning."I'm curious whether Rusty just got right with them for now and is back on his loan schedule (meaning this will happen again when he defaults again) or if he somehow settled up the whole loan or got somebody to pay it off and owe from now on.
