yeah. just saw that. also just heard that they probably will not be open by that date. also, rusty doesn't own the building. also, rusty isn't paying for all of the remodeling work being done to it.

Seems like a foolish bank that would loan him money

When KK gets the documents, we'll know a little bit better what he had as collateral and why they'd do it.  Like I said, it sounds newsworthy that Kite's in Aggieville (great burgers) could be foreclosed on, but I doubt that's the goal of the bank or where they envision getting paid from.

Word in the industry is that he somehow was able to use one location as collateral for all these loans...do not know specifics as to which building was used as collateral, but the industry (food & beverage) doesn't think he can survive this without taking on a money guy...looks like Johnny Kaws Raves will rule Aggieville  :weirdrobert: :kstategrad:

As a side note, just about anytime you see a independent chain of restaurants open several locations that aren't franchises in a short period of time, they are mumped or doing something illegal. There is a big one in the KC area that I've got my eyes on because they are doing this now... :dubious:

I like that he keeps saying that in america anyone can sue anyone for anything like someone shouldn't be sued for not paying his bills.

I like this part when thinking about how the beginning is usually a sign on the door of what you thought was your job telling you to GTFO.

Quote
“I didn’t believe it at all,” Bell said. “I know Rusty well enough to where I know he would have told us about something so serious from the beginning.”

it's weird that rusty thinks that kites has been there 50 years.

well, kite's wasn't open when 12th Street Pub was open.  and it wasn't the same kites before rusty paid for the naming rights.  this is all very confusing, i can understand how rusty's pickled brain thinks his bar has been there for 50 years.

The Cleveland Browns have been playing in Cleveland since 1946, and they'll still be there in 2096.

yes it is open, was very strange.. Its a lot nicer and some cooler lighting decor didn't check the bathroom but there is no outdoor bar anymore seemed weird just a huge space with nothing but a few tables. So yes it still sucks.. Oh also it was very white in there.... very.. like I was a little confused as to how white it was.
