burn down Last Chance and put in a swimming pool bar/ with heated lazy river

I used to think a swimming pool bar would be awesome until I thought about it some more and realized it would be even worse than the UC pool.

The people watching would be fantastic.

When they had a menu change while I was there, they cut back the portion size and uped the cost significantly.

BUT! Espinaca dip was amazing!

speaking of which, there is a restaurant not too far from our hotel that is michelin recommended, serves a mean brunch, and has $20 bottomless mimosas on sat and sunday.

 :dubious:

ate there twice, it was average. Rambler's moved there and hilariously did not change hardly anything.

Also, Rambler's menu is a 20 page binder  :sdeek:
