@Stupid Fitz not sure if it was you, but someone posted about this same predicament on the Kansas Birding fbook group.  Consensus was to cover the outside of the window with newspaper.
Although your maniac may just move on to the next window

Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

Guys, I think I have to kill the bird. I don't know how I'm going to do it, but it has left me with no other options.  :frown:

Have you tried owl sounds by your window?  The Walmart store in my town has annoying owls sounds going 24/7 to keep pigeons and other birds away.

Hootie is right by the window. He doesn't make sounds but looks menacing. This bad person bird gives no shits.

Get a milk crate, some bird seed, a stick, and a long, long piece of string.

Or maybe order a rocket from ACME.

I was thinking about a cat, but then I would have to figure out how to get rid of a cat now. Prob worse than a crazy bird banging into my house all day.

why don't you just cover the window until it goes away?

It's baby possum season, my dogs cornered this little critter in my garage and knocked over my ladder/fishing poles in the process.

This one along with 3 others has been successfully relocated to a neighbors yard that doesn't have dogs....one of the lil guys was unfortunately dispatched by my mutts and was relegated to the trash can.

Update (NSFW)

The lil guy or it's sibling came back for some more punishment.

I moved him again but hopefully he was just playing possum really good.

I had a bunny nest in my backyard yard for a long time and my lab would leave it alone. I adopted a pitbull recently and I was a little nervous about the bunnies but it only took like 2 days of running for their lives before they moved. No casualties.

I'm about 90% sure a rabbit has a nest in my front garden area but I have yet to find it.

I've seen this gal about once a day for the past week hanging out in the same area.

Probably looks a little better now then when you picked up those old timey flame throwers.

Have you got them working yet?

I have a sad story.  For the first time in my life I hit a rabbit with my mower today.  Not great guys not great.
