If you are even ever so slightly (like a fraction of a percentage point of a possibility) considering that you might need to use one, then you have no business going there at all.  Capital "G" gross is what I say to that.

There's your problem.  Anyone who places some arbitrary and static proscription on when they will or won't have sex is probably not fun to be around in my experience.  Every girl/woman I've enjoyed spending time with socially has not been a "slut," however there have been several who I'm certain would qualify that were amazing just generally speaking.  Saying you don't sleep with anyone before the third date makes as much sense as saying you sleep with everyone after the third date.  It's simple-minded; those people generally suck.
