I do uphill speed jogs currently.

Swimming seems like a good way to exercise.

Would love to find a place for swimming. That has to be the best full body workout in existence.

Sex, bro.  Sex.

sex in a swimming pool

Don't cripples do exercises in pools early in the therapy process?  Yes, they do.  Therefore sex >>* sex in swiming pool.

*- in this case >> denotes level of physical exersion required to do a real bang up job

I skipped lunch and am about to die.  Feel like a crack addict.  Shaky, anxious, etc.

Can't on Saturdays. Can't afford weekdays. Quite the conundrum. Also, hate long distance running. It's hard and stupid. Love sprints, though.

Anyone ever tried it? I have a couple of friends who are personal trainers and they said it's way more effective that the 5-small-meals-a-day plan.

I just read a book that finally convinced me, just because the guy had a ton of solid stuff to back up every claim. One 24-hour fast a week is the plan for now.

You'll see results fairly quickly, probably after a month. That's been my experience, at least.

I usually try to do a 36 hour fast so dinner, next full day, then do a late breakfast/lunch the day after that.

Right now I'm doing last night at 8 pm 'till tonight at 8 pm. I've never done a 24-hour fast before but that's what seems to be recommended the most. I'm doing one 24-hour fast a week instead of the 8-hour eating window thing that everyone used to do.

There's evidence that up to 48 hours is healthy, even for weightlifters. Most people take bcaa's while they fast, if they are worried about muscle loss.

It's really not that bad. Caffeine and lots of water help a lot. Also picking a day when you have busy work to do is a good plan. It's a good mental exercise as well.

Plus, tonight at 8 or 9 pm me and the gf are going to pound about 2,500 delicious calories. And it tastes better than any meal ever.

Ok seriously though this is the best part; pretty much anything tastes good after a fast. A piece of lettuce will rock your world.

How often do you do it?

When I'm cutting I do it once a week.
