i did it all the time when i was in college except i called it being broke.
i don't really enjoy eating when i'm not hungry, so the eating five meals idea seems stupid, except for hummingbirds or shrews.
Anyone ever tried it? I have a couple of friends who are personal trainers and they said it's way more effective that the 5-small-meals-a-day plan.

I fast but for religious reasons. No, I'm not a Christer ... I'm something else.

overeat after you haven't eaten in 24 hours.
