12 p.m to 12 p.m seems ideal to me, you get breakfast and lunch then you skip dinner sleep through the middle of it and miss breakfast but lunch isn't too far out
breakfast seems to light the fire for me, if I eat breakfast i'll be hungry again soon.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

This is what I was thinking. I rarely eat breakfast and can easily wait until lunch to eat again. Also, if I eat a meal at night, I am usually more hungry in the morning.

How many days between fasting is recommended?

Just finished, eat stop eat. Interesting. Will give it some thought and may try it.

What are the benefits besides calorie defecit?

Quote
Reduced blood glucose and insulin levels (markers of improved health)
    Increased fatty acid oxidation
    Maintenance of lean mass (muscle)
    Reduced inflammation
    Reduced oxidative damage
Increased cellular stress resistance (esp of heart and brain)
Decreased risks associated with degenerative diseases of aging (cancers, heart diseases, diabetes, Alzheimers)

fasting once in a while seems to offer many of the same benefits of calorie restriction – you know, stuff like increased longevity, neuroprotection, increased insulin sensitivity, stronger resistance to stress, some cool effects on endogenous hormone production, increased mental clarity, plus more

I haven't read any of this bullshit, but it sounds stupid.  Less carbs, bros.  That's it.

If you are going to try it, I recommend planning out exactly what you will eat for dinner at the time you break your fast. It is very easy to overeat after you haven't eaten in 24 hours.

I usually overeat having just eaten a couple hours ago.

you guys are way off;  TWO WORDS: JUICE DIET

Buy a one piece work-out outfit & a juicer then load up the fridge with fruit & veggies.

So has anyone been doing this?

I decided to give it a trial run. I just finished one day (22 hours really) without eating. I'm not ripped yet like I had hoped, but considering doing it again. It wasn't all that hard.

You're right.

10-100 yd sprints, 6 days a week

Work out arms, legs, core (power cleans, dead lifts, hang cleans) 5 days a week.

Work out with yoga-like_abana once. That's all it takes.
