I've never gotten an exposure notification.  You talking like manually from a tracer or organization or one of those automated apps that don't exist in the midwest

one was from my office and one was from my gym. Both were manual emails - I'm assuming someone I was in meetings with and a class with tested positive and notified HR and the gym.

And anecdotally, I was supposed to meet an ex-colleague for lunch, but texted them to cancel because of the exposures and upcoming travel, and they'd also had similar exposures. Like everyone has been swimming in the crap the last two weeks here.

What does this have to do with CVS handing ol dude out a bunch of blank vax cards? My understanding of daxese is off so I'm sure I'm missing something here.

I think he’s just saying Trim’s bud could’ve saved himself a trip. I don’t think the ability to forge vaccination cards has ever been in question.

I'm certain that contacting the place you got your vaccination from to get record of said vaccination is a common occurrence. Of course that's something that would get dax all horned up.

OMG, I can go on the CVS app right now and see all 3 Pfizer Chips and my Flu vaccine on the app.

Which makes it positively stupid that CVS would just give the dude some cards.   They should have told him to download the app and sign in.

Can't do digital, but here's a stack of paper Vax cards in case you have to show them to get on a plane, or into a government building.

In NYC they accept a photo of your card or the NY state vax app in addition to the physical card.

The only time it has been an issue was when I was with my kid and we had a vax card photo but no ID and they wouldn't budge on requiring ID. So I used a passport photo I had from when we went on international vacations and they accepted it.

 I don't know every location"s rules, that was my assumption. The areas I know want to see the CDC paper or digital photo or their specific app.
