The Trump administration implemented the "15 Days to Slow the Spread" initiative.
At the behest of people who were #blueanon heroes you colossal derp. One of which who should be in prison for circumventing our nations laws and policies on GOF research and another one who in collaboration with the first admitted they were just making crap up as they went along because they really didn’t have a clue.
Of course as we now know via FOIA - the first was using a fear of funding loss/or gain to coerce a series of scientists to go along with the natural origins theory to throw people off the lab theory and his 3rd party GOF research - again done to circumvent our laws and policies.
