Did the DOJ fully disclose the source of the evidence and who presented the evidence?

Dax, why would the DOJ do that considering the person in charge of the House Intelligence Committee is in cahoots with the President? It's an active investigation.

Was the evidence political opposition research?

Main source? No. Supporting evidence? Sure.

What was the main source?  Who presented the evidence to the court?

George Papadopoulos. Australia. Not to the court, but to US intelligence.

Who represented the DOJ in front of the court? Who presented the evidence?  Did the tell the court that “supporting” (which is bullshit, it was the main evidence) was paid for by the DNC, was sourced through foreign entities who used Russian sources?

I don't know what you mean by who represented the DOJ in front of the court. The FISA court? Who presented the evidence? The evidence to the FISA court?

LOL, do you even realize you're arguing it's okay for federal law enforcement to spy on US citizens on the basis of known a fictional report??

Nevermind the obvious political motivations and the unmasking campaign.

I wonder how they got foreign wire taps? Hmm... Well Trump's campaign manager also happens to be a Russian puppet. Weird coincidence. Oh man, did Americans get tangled up in that. I wonder how that happened?

NYT, just a right-winged parnoid DEEP STATE conspiracy theory tabloid

Quote
One way to referee competing claims about how the FBI got a warrant under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act would be to release the agency’s application. Such a disclosure would be unprecedented, but the New York Times is asking the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to make it, anyway.

“This motion that we filed on Monday, we think, is the first time anybody’s ever asked the court to actually unseal a specific warrant application,” said David Schulz, co-director of the Media Freedom & Information Access Clinic at Yale Law School and one of the attorneys representing the Times. “Those are typically very, very closely kept secrets because the government obviously doesn’t want people to know who they’re after.”

They won’t say who presented the politically driven evidence to the court because they know it’s going to look awful, Bucket.

It’s cute that you actually believe that this is all on the up and up.

Typically when you’re covertly surveilling someone at some point you’re gonna either have them dead to rights or you ultimately obtain nothing at all.  We’re two years into this and still nothing meeting the mandate of the original investigation that being COLUSION with a foreign entity to influence the outcome of a US election.

If meeting with foreign entities and doing business with foreign entities is grounds for this kind of an investigation, then we should have had a second special counsel investigating a laundry list of Democrats 18 months ago including the entirety of the Clinton campaign.

Australia for beginners.

Cohen is pleading the fifth, five other people have already been indicted, Don Jr met with Russians for help in the campaign and never alerted the FBI, etc.

Bill got a blowjob though
