If you’re ever in SA this place has awesome breakfast tacos. They are only open in the morning. They were also featured on Taco Chronicles.

Looks good! I quit doing store bought already cooked corn tortillas. Even when you double them up they just break apart too easily. I get these all the time now, 45 seconds on each side on the comal and then like 20-30 seconds flipped again. Don’t break, taste way better and if you cook them longer they make great tostada shells. HEB is just the best.

I need to buck up and get a press though. I think my carbon steel would do great as a comal
