Only copy. We tried to make one before, but no one could make a copy of that type of design. We reached out to the landlord and the landlord wanted me to fill out an application before assigning another key and charging us $100 for it. Baltimore Lofts suck!

It's a racket.  lock makers make keys that can't be replicated by anyone other than them and then only with written permission by the landlord.  Also, same key can't be similar to another key with in certain mile radius's or some even in the country.

They do that so that land lords can make a Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) amount of penalty money on them and so they can be very secure.
