What year was this and how old is your oldest child?  Pretty cool story, though.  Just goes to show that there are exceptions to any dating "rule."

I think she brought it up because my roommate just got his GF prego and I told her I won't want to live there after they have their baby. But that won't be until like July or something.  Her lease is up in the summer sometime.  I think I'll just tell her that we can talk about it when her lease is closer to expiring.

Also, I've noticed some GFs just have the tendency to move themselves in and stay 24/7 so that part might not be terribly different.  That said, her having that other lease is a nice safety net.

Always exceptions to the rules. My wife and I dated long distance for two months before I proposed. Married five months later. It's been eighteen years and counting.
