My manager told me a month ago, that my PTO was mine and it didn't matter how I use it. I used it for a K-State game last month and for a play-by-play opp in Nebraska this last Friday. My outside sales guy thinks that's a big part of it. He said I should have never told them where I was going. Hence the "priorities."

Don't give them the info until you get more severance/commissions wacky! It would probably be good to get any type of severance agreement in writing, just my non-lawyery opinion
