Wacky, def get some more detailed feedback before leaving.  You will have to answer why you left there to other employers in other interviews.  Get a handle on why so that you can spin it as needed.

Personality and priorities sounds like something a future employer will concern themselves with during an interview.

So what do you say when they tell you that?  What is the response?  Do you sit there and take it in just in shock or do you like defend yourself and they're all "Wacky it's over, we're sorry"?  I would find it impossible not to make them explain to me just what it was about my personality and my priorities that got me canned.  Particularly the priorites part.
