Not crazy. She has 5 brothers and is the only girl. Wasted time in a 5 year relationship that went nowhere cause the guy was a douche. To be honest, I have no clue, maybe the brothers thing intimidates a lot of guys. To me, I feel like I just met the female version of me. Is that a good thing? Sounds messy.

Hey guys, long time no see. So my new girl has A LOT of friends & her fam owns a good portion of KC. Anyways, the reason I bring this up is cause I always feel like I'm getting dressed up to meet her friends. So anyways, last night I kinda blacked out at this get together and I just woke up to a shitstorm. Here's the tricky part, she kept filling my glass all night as I was making conversation.

I wouldn't worry about it.  The best thing I've learned over the years with the whole dating crap is to not give a crap about the small stuff.  If I black out on a Tuesday, eff it, it was a good Tuesday.  If I didn't make a good impression with friends, eff it, I'll pop in some Super Mario Brothers 3 and fly around as a raccoon.  I'm happy you didn't eff up the filly friend soiree.  You are really growing up Fanning.  I'm proud of you knowing you have turned the corner.  Passing the friend impression test on a blackout Tuesday shows great growth in your spirit and documents outstanding character.  Our little Fanning...so grown up now.   ***single tear down cheek

You should intentionally slow your roll at a certain point the next time this happens so that you can see if you actually like her friends when you aren't in full WC mode.  I mean, they may be cool when you are in Lohan mode, but may be dicks when you are in responsible BF mode.  You should gather this info early in a relationship.

Good advice here. She said one of the guys (second time meeting him. Went to the royals game with him two weeks ago) has a man crush on me. I guess he won't stop talking about me to his fiancé. "He's so sports knowledgable".  He's an adorable navy brat.

Nah. These were her friends. I got an email from her this morning "good news... They loved you. They said not everyone can drink like us ( ) so that stuff happens. He was funny and we all enjoyed his company". I accept my actions in drinking too much, but don't keep feeding me drinks if you wanna play this card that "I was a mess on a Tuesday night". Sorry, I need to get better at letting stuff go.

I had to pretend this girl was my wife the other night so that two guys would stop hitting on her. And by hitting on her I mean questions/statements like "Who's taking you home tonight?" and "I have a king size bed if you need a place."

The two guys, after many detective-like questions, finally believed us. When I told seven about this tonight he was very jealous that I got to be her pretend husband for 5 minutes. I think he's probably in love.

Oh, man. Sounds like Wacky's future in-laws have either a decrepit arena or a greeting card company/department store named after them. Between his job and his lady, ol' Wacky's really gonna be living the good life. Better do whatever it takes to make things right, Wacky.

I did a group project at kstate with a girl from KC who's last name was Pendergast. I knew nothing about the last name at the time but when I read "The mob and the machine" or something like that about the KC gangsters I was all like WOOOOOw.

She looked Irish too, freckles and all that jazz.
