I do, got some of my bros from college as roommates. Granted it was more of an investment thing for me and i have basically flipped it while living there.  Was the party spot my first year out of school becuase lots of friends were just getting finished with school and living with their parents and stuff.

the real question for stable is did he graduate from KSU? If so then

It's a pretty sweet deal either way but will be easier on you not owning.  Lots of fun and pretty cheap compared to apts etc.  Very easy to pretend you are still in college and get too drunk on Thursday nights though
