Ms. Tonya's birthday is this week. Drop off the flowers by her office myself while she's there or deliver them/have them delivered when I know she's going to be out?

i think you should be a total stud and deliver them in person and just be as absolutely adorable as it gets

well guys and mrs. gooch, had a little chat yesterday. and it turns out, that her roommate was legitimately scared that someone broke in (i mean really  ) and that shakes herself, wasn't all that amused before she realized that i hadn't taken it out of the house. she thought i might have put it in my car and taken it home or something.. i apologized and all is well.

she said she was legitimately busy last week 

so i was wrong about that. but this episode has really shown a light on the relationship and our personality differences as a whole. i'll give it a little more time, but the long term outlook has dimmed imo.

So the outlook looks bad for the opposite reason as before - you think your personalities do not match instead of her trying to cut off contact.

yeah. i really like to be playful in relationships. and if she doesn't enjoy that so much, well... it wouldn't turn out to well. i want to give it some more time though. don't want to rush to wrong conclusions like i very nearly did on here for all of you to see 

What you did was kind of goofy but also kind of weird and you were kind of a jerk about it. This doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy being playful.

OK, That makes sense. I was just wondering why having them delivered when she is not there was an option but having them delivered when she is there was not an option.

if you really want to ratchet up your relationship a few notches, and if j-dub passes on my missile battery, it's all yours. 

attach a long fuse to it, slide it under her vehicle, wait for her to go out to her car in the morning before work, light fuse.  watch and be joyous as your romance explodes into whole another level crap.

I've seen a lot of my ex's getting engaged/married on FB, but I got really excited for one today. Two years ago, I ran into a girl I met on Holloween 3 years before (kinda like HIMYM, I always wondered what happened to her and we got a long really well)), crashed at her place (I was a good person), and never saw her again until two years ago down in brookside. I decided to take her on a few dates and things were going well. About a month and a half in, I finally found out she was a virgin (26) and my selfish self got out of it (I'm a bad person). Anyways, because I was a jackass, she found a nice guy who does well for himself and they're engaged.

it's a nice idea and all. love being good or whatever. i'm glad johnny found it. he was a stud. but ya know, it's just not happening for old j-dub. might be time to take a break. maybe just quit altogether. there are less aggravating things out there.

just gonna refocus my energy and get really studly at something cool instead. maybe do some woodworking. learn how to be a long driver of the golf ball. i don't know. lot's of options of out there

i ended up paying hyvee to deliver the flowers for $5. i wanted them to get to her before her actual birthday so she could enjoy them and all my lunches were booked this week, so i just called and sent them. she seemed fine with it.

However, finding a hobby like woodworking may not be a bad idea. That way when Ms. j-dub does come along you can be like "Hey, check out this dining room set...THAT I BUILT WITH MY OWN TWO HANDS." She'll be  and then you'll be  .....
