I downloaded the vids last week for the hell of it (would never buy this program) and have been trying it out. I'm already in pretty good shape, so I have no interest in following the diet or even doing the program in the suggested order.

The workouts aren't overwhelming but definitely challenging.

So you're saying that you're too good to follow a workout regimen?

No, too undisciplined. I don't enjoy working out in front of a TV watching some loser who is a cross between Billy Blanks and Richard Simmons. Would much rather workout at a gym or run outside or play sports or whatever.

Plus, I spent wayyyyy too much time making fun of this thing to ever give it a fair shot.

Yeah. It was hard for me to bite the bullet on this one.

Worked for me.  I had lasik eye surgery about a month ago, so I wasn't allowed to work out while I was recovering, but I'm starting again on Monday.  Kinda missed Tony and his awkward flirting with his female helpers.

Please explain "worked for me" in greater detail.  Lbs lost, muscle gained etc and so forth.  TIA.

arms got more muscular, chest got tighter, and the love handles were starting to go away within the first couple of weeks.  Went down a couple of waist sizes pretty quickly.  I wasn't obese to begin with, so that seems like it did a lot for me in a short period of time.

Holy crap socks dudes. Just finished my first workout and my shirt is soaked. 86 days until my wedding. I'll be happy if I make it through 30 days. Ugh.

Restarted. Just knocked out week 2. Already lost 1-2 inches off the waist. Also, am continuing to skip yoga and just jogging instead.

I finish Beachbody's Insanity workout in 2 weeks (lost 21 pounds in a month and a half) and then thinking of doing P90X.  Don't wanna buy the pullup bar though (already have dumbbells).

Kind of tired of working out 6 days a week though, prolly take a little break.

Ok, so my knee is finally all better and I started P90x yesterday!!!  Could barely lift my kid out of the crib this morning.  Holy crap!!  And I hear today's workout is the worst of them all (plyo).  If I die tonight, it's been real.

plyo ain't no biggie, just make sure if your hr gets too high to hit pause.  they will be there when you get back.

My wife did that one last night and said it was pretty rough.  Getting in shape really sucks.  I wish it just happened naturally like it did 10 years ago.

I hoping to start back into it this week. I'm not gaining weight, but my belly is getting bigger. I have no idea where i'm losing it from.

Getting in shape isn't that bad, but staying in shape is really hard.

I'm on Day 4 right now and I'm pretty sure my elbows are going to fall apart.  I'm a little sore all over but my elbows are real sore.  Those weird side push up things on the shoulders and arms dvd are KILLER!!!

Sorry dude.  I got 7 weeks into it until my job situation got crazy.  Got back on it for about 4 weeks with the wife, then job stuff got crazy again.

Definitely hard to stick with it.  My only downfalls were

1)  The time it takes per day
2)  Tony's annoying voice

Well, I'm one week in and I'm pretty sore.  I've learned a couple things:

1. Tony is annoying
2. The girls on the DVD's are not pretty
3. Yoga sucks
4. I am weak

Overall, I think I'll be able to stick to it.  My last day will be on Thanksgiving so that worked out well.
