Their ability to spread the floor has and will continue to allow her to get shots. Walker and Glenn also significantly increasing their 3 point percentages has gone largely not talked about, but if they continue to be threats, it will lead to open shots for everyone. Sundell and Poindexter haven't shot the ball to their capabilities yet, Sundell's percentage and Poindexter's usage has been off, but no defense will be sagging off of them to help with Sides, Walker, or Glenn.
I really hope they hold up, because depth is the only real issue right now. Maupin, Sanchez, and Lester aren't good enough to contribute against top 10 teams and they aren't going to be.
To be clear, I was right about Sides at the point. She hasn't played many minutes with the ball at all and she plays a ton of minutes next to Walker. I'm glad Mittie changed his mind about that. There's not going to be many non garbage time minutes when either Walker or Sundell, or frankly Glenn, won't be on the court, there's no reason for Sides to play the point.
