Avery has been good. He’s clearly a little fixated on no turnovers but he’s so mobile it’s almost like a cheat code for zero sacks and INTs. Give him some more reps with a good OC and receivers and he should be great.

He plays way more conservative than will, he reminds me a lot of caleb williams as a freshman from a maturity perspective.

Honestly he's done quite a bit better than I expected with how he's managed the game. I expected a couple turnovers at least.

I feel the same. If anything he prob could have taken a few yards instead of throwing the ball away a couple of times. I expected him to bail way more often than he did.

Pretty solid game. Easy to overly nit pick but he was consistent if not a bit conservative. Hard to not be happy though with his performance.

Pocket presence/awareness was great.

The way that he turtled up before a hit on a scramble made me wonder if he was protecting himself or if he really doesn’t want the contact
