Discussing the actual words of our President, or the factual real life court proceedings and filings of various entities is not in any way, shape or form dealing in "hypotheticals".
For example, in the Bull thread, I quoted the actual real life words as submitted to the court by the DOJ in their response to Sussmann's attempt to claim privilege. Those real life words referenced real life events, there was nothing hypothetical about it.
The only thing hypothetical about the real world factual events is my belief that they're actually trying to get Marc Elias . . . using real life actual events to slowly build their case.
If you don't want to delve into the possibility of Herr Garland stopping all of this, that's fine. I think you know it would be a terrible, terrible look and you don't want to touch it.
