Still a pink line on my antigen test today. So still hiding out in my office and masking around the family. Probably a fools errand but maybe not? They probably going to get exposed to it either way sharing our recirculated air?

the one that caught 8 out of 10 positives that a PCR would catch? IMO that's a great supplement to PCR or binax especially if it can be made cheaper

I've heard quite a few stories of couples still sleeping together while one has it and the other never did so I think they have a fighter's chance especially since they are chipped

where did you see it has a 14% false positive rate? which science people are saying it's a real problem? Plenty of epidemiologists think more frequent, less sensitive surveillance testing could be more valuable than PCR. Regardless, it's another useful tool

I've got 8 antigen tests arriving in the mail today that I got in right before Omicron took them off the market. I will start the bidding at $1 million per box (box comes with 2 tests so really only $500k per test).

That said the shortage of testing right before holiday season 2021 is a huge fail for all involved, even without the new variant how did we not see people were going to want to test before traveling for family gatherings?

 I don't know every location"s rules, that was my assumption. The areas I know want to see the CDC paper or digital photo or their specific app.

Not sure if it's the same for CVS, but I got all 3 of my Modernas at Walmart and my record was easily added to the Clear app.  Everywhere in Denver accepts that app (with ID), and I would be surprised if other places didn't.

This has to be where we're headed, and was probably the logical path the entire time. Coupled with mutations getting less and less virulent over time (see Omicron hopefully), and we're prob all gonna be calling this thing Covid-Cold, then just another form of a cold.

Huh, that is definitely dumb.  Since Clear is more official than just a picture of your card.
