I lol'd at the made up receptionist pronoun story at first, but then i imagined, what if the receptionist at my doctor was proudly wearing a star of david or something, and like imagine how I would feel if I was wearing my swastika hat. Would they file my paperwork correctly? Maybe not!

Walk into the eye doctor to get my eyes examined today. Receptionist has "she/they" "pronouns" on their name tag.

WTF is wrong with people? And, WTF does that even mean?

I will refer to such people by whichever name they choose to use, but not a pronoun.

Yesterday the wife and I walked into Cheddars in Cypress for a nice dinner and there was a trans hostess (I think). Nope, I don't think so…walked right out. The look on her/it/zhe face was priceless

I will bite. On the surface you are correct, probably no impact.

However the receptionist who is most likely responsible for filing insurance claims, filing records, scheduling appointments etc is literally wearing what equates to a political sign.

This is someone that feels so strongly about their political position/mental illness that they brought into a professional setting. Now suppose a customer comes in wearing a MAGA hat, there is the potential the receptionist won't file the insurance correctly on purpose or create other issues for that customer. Because like you said they are a minor role at that company and probably do not care about the success of the company, or at least do not care more than their dedication to their political religion/mental illness.

Now is this far fetched? Maybe, maybe not. But the potential is there.

Words matter. Definitions matter. Introducing confusion into a professional setting, no matter how insignificant should matter.

OP.. I would ask them what this is? Then ask them to bring someone higher up over to explain why they want that ? Then after you cause a little stir up in that office tell them you won't be using them and just walk out … just like Bud light you have to make them pay for their idiocy

Obviously, the whole thing is pathetic. But I want to take a moment and laugh at the guy taking his wife on a date to Cheddar's (Applebee's basically, for those unaware) only to turn around and leave because he merely suspected the hostess might be trans.

If Mark Wahlberg said this in a Sunday school class ( as it is reported that he did) what would be the outlet present to verify this? It was a message for christians given in a special environment. There were no news outlets there with cameras.

Yet you guys continue to want sources like this guy was talking to the world.

He said it in the confines of a religious establishment and somebody in attendance wanted to make it public.

It's never going to be verified. But we all know it is true.

Not sure if this is true that he said all this but you are crazy if you think Hollywood, MSM, elite business figures and our government elites are not a huge part of child sex trafficking. I would say at the very least 50% of them are. Hell they convinced this country to shut down over a cold, take continuous amounts of dangerous shots for that cold and that we need to support Ukraine in a pointless conflict, probably because they wanted more eastern european children to molest.
