I think our massive and growing government will seize utilities next.  Our government just needs to continue to grow.  Feed it

Our government seized a massive portion of utilities serving the fastest growing region in the US in . . . 1933

There's numerous government owned power companies across these United States.

#blueanongE: Fun, but not the brightest bulbs in the box

Intelligent viewers of this blog will join me in understanding that (one example) the state of California has floated taking control of PG&E and at one point in history owned PG&E.

#blueanongE - still zealots for the free market - when it fits their agenda.

I remember Rush Limbaugh talking about how government screws up everything that it touches and is totally incompetent to manage anything but I guess we are doing whatever this is now??

Conservative Republicans don't exist anymore and/or they never did.

We live in a different global paradigm and because of idiotic technology transfers dating back to #blueanon icons - we now have a geo strategic technology adversary of the likes that has never existed before in modern US history.

One would think that #neocongE would recognize this - but #neocongE has set aside their all war - all the time hat, and put their hyperpartisan derp hat on (again and as usual).

The argument for adjusting to modern times is hilariously unMAGA.

Imagine being part of a political movement where old hippy boomers in mom jorts and Subaru's are your phalanx for claiming you're on the cutting edge . . . these are indeed the life and times of #blueanon/#blueanongE

Now we've got the meltdowns over the government taking ownership stakes in less than 10% of massive corporations - with the government not even allowed to vote and/or agreeing to vote with the board . . . and the usual drama queen derps calling it "seizing the means of production".

Don should start tweeting some awful things about tariffs and regulations towards utilities, medical stuff, etc and buy a crap ton of it when the stock drops due to his stupid rough ridin' tweets, then after we buy them he can tweet how he was kidding and those us owned companies are the best.

Viewers of this blog will note that institutional investors and private investors still own over 90% of Intel. The governments stake is passive and the government has no vote and no say over Intel's day to day operations.

Meanwhile the Federal Government still owns the whole of entities like the Tennessee Valley Authority and has since 1933.  Don't hear much from #blueanon about that.

Lick and #blueanongE - Still the derpiest derps that ever derped

Viewers of this blog will note that (for example) our (alleged) ally the UK owns a golden share in British Aerospace - while institutional and private investors own the whole of BA's common stock. The reason the UK Government owns a golden share is because BA is a strategic entity.  One would think that an uber NeoCon like Lick (who is also always  :bawl: :bawl: :bawl: and whining about ChiCom soft power) would applaud these kinds of mechanisms - and stop with the gE'ing.  But nope, Lick - known hyperpartisan derp is just going to hyperpartisan derp.

The President should be allowed to do whatever he wants do whenever he wants to do it. How can America be strong and great if our president is not strong and great?

That would kick ass if the Trump DOJ successfully  takes down gerrymandering after Dems couldn’t.
