Hey SD, let me answer this one with recent first hand experience. The Fiance and I were looking at wedding venues and toured this place which is still under construction https://www.theglasshouseatriveroaks.com/. We asked the owner what their biggest hurdle/challenge to getting everything open was and she pointed to the giant concrete slab where the glass house will go.

Apparently their glass house just arrived in the LA ports from China and is clearing customs and they still don't know how much they need to pay in tariffs to get it cleared. It was X amount when they ordered it, its Y amount now and who knows what it will be when it actually gets released. Also apparently its a huge PIA to actually pay the tariff for a small business owner who does not import stuff regularly.
