Dear AI - Did Barrack Obama's "secure communities" provide due process?

Arguments that Secure Communities potentially lacked due process:

Focus on Speed over Fairness: Critics argued that the program prioritized the speed of deportations over ensuring fair and individualized due process for those facing removal.

Expedited Removal: Concerns were raised about the use of expedited removal procedures, particularly for individuals who might have had valid claims for asylum or other forms of relief.
Limited Access to Counsel: The program faced criticism for potentially hindering access to legal counsel for immigrants, especially those detained in remote facilities or facing expedited proceedings.
Constitutional Challenges: Some participating counties faced lawsuits alleging violations of the constitutional rights of detained undocumented immigrants, specifically regarding due process protections.

Limited Access to Counsel: The program faced criticism for potentially hindering access to legal counsel for immigrants, especially those detained in remote facilities or facing expedited proceedings.

Cecilia Muñoz - Barrack "Deporter in Chief" Obama's chief immigration advisor repeatedly reminded the world that the United States had immigration laws and Barrack "Deporter in Chief" Obama was going to enforce them

Flaccid - tepid - impotent outcry from a few of the people melting down now . . . full fledged support from many circles of #blueanon political ranks

he still has a 42% approval rating. which is rough ridin' wild. 42% of people in this country are dax. we sequester ourselves in societies like ourselves and aren't fully aware of how bad it is out there, we know that. but the fact that 42% of the country is like, "yeah, this is good" is pretty heart breaking.

Viewers of this blog will note - that even when shown that a #blueanon hero POTUS (who repeatedly presented to Vlad Putin) instituted a mass criminal alien deportation program that told due process to go eff itself.

People like Steve will be embarrassed that 1. They likely didn’t know because they didn’t give a single eff - and only 6 people were completely melting down about it. Or 2 - they didn’t care because it was a Democrat doing it.

That of course is just one example.

Viewers will note that #blueanongE are drama queens who meltdown about everything all day - every day

It’s pathetic

China is calling his bluff by offering no trade equalization at all in any form.  What will he do?

If you read what our Treasury Sec said in a speech yesterday, you'd understand why China needs to change . . . and why they're going to fight that change til the bitter end.

People are just really really stupid in general. That and millions of people have watched Fox news every single night for years telling them that things are bad when the other party is in charge and good when they are in charge regardless of reality. Just this Easter a relative brought up all of this crap. Someone I deem very successful and a very smart person in general says, "I just didn't think he would be doing all of this other stuff, this is just crazy". I chimed in with, by stuff, do you mean all of the crazy crap he has been saying he was going to do the past four years if he won and the 900 page document that was released during his campaign outlining exactly all of the "crazy" stuff he was going to do if he got elected?

Mrs SF gave me the stink eye

He is begging for an off ramp and I am not sure they are going to facilitate it

yeah, at this point he has to refuse to reduce the tariffs or provide exceptions to autos/electronics as it would be the biggest bitch out in history.  It would be like Vichey france level cucking.  No choice to but to refuse the Chinese offer of eating Xi's ass on 5th avenue.

Kind of a seminal moment

If I was Xi, I would probably require something embarrassing from Dipshit.  Maybe a public apology.

If you have a dipshit try to flex on you, it's always best to be petty when their stupidity comes home to roost.

A lesson being learned in real time.

Stonstradomous had a vision.  Trump will get owned completely and blow Xi from behind after Xi finishes a long run by reducing or pausing tariffs on autos and consumer electronics.  China will return nothing meaningful.  only balding old men who have not known the touch of a woman since the chiefs drafted Mahomes will hail it as a win but will not be able to provide concrete commitments from China.

I briefly passed out after this one and that has never happened to me.  That either mean it is way off or incredibly accurate.

Let's note - that up until this time that we've had POTUS having trains run on them by the ChiCom's and we've had 40 plus year #blueanon Congress people running around  :bawl: :bawl: :bawl: about China for 35 plus years and do nothing about it besides talk and #blueanongE was quite obviously more than happy to join in . . .

I'll leave the fact that our previous POTUS and his family were in business with the ChiComs for another post

US - Trump said that “everybody wants to be a part of what we’re doing” and that the U.S. and China had direct contact on trade “every day.”

China - “At present there are absolutely no negotiations on the economy and trade between China and the U.S.,” Ministry of Commerce spokesperson He Yadong told reporters. He added that “all sayings” regarding progress on bilateral talks should be dismissed. “If the U.S. really wants to resolve the problem ... it should cancel all the unilateral measures on China,”

Didn't we stone wall china from the high level chips needed for a bunch of weapons, space program, etc stuff?  Didn't Dipshit rescind that?

I know exactly what happened then.  The market at one point was down 30%, they had to explain their way out of a recession (when it should have been gang busters in the post Covid world), they repeatedly lied about transitory inflation, the cooked the job numbers beyond recognition, and they spent $28 trillion dollars for flaccid GDP growth, they kept rolling over short term debt so now we have that to deal with etc. etc.

But that doesn't change a damn thing about Cuck City USA for 40 years relative to China . . . nothing

China is prepared for a war of attrition. The US is definitely not. What a massive fuckup.
