Dax is very bad at most things, but one thing he is incredibly good at is making me just not care one bit about whatever he decides he’s on about.

Probably the safest place to hide the nuclear weapon launch codes would be in the middle of one of his esoteric screeds.

Signal thing is wild

Can I get a legal interpretation of this.

https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/04/restoring-equality-of-opportunity-and-meritocracy/

Obviously written by some true believer fed soc hardos. Some nice rhetoric to start out, but when it gets into the law, it's flat out dangerous lies. It's an attempt to hollow out a key equal protection principle that was developed throughout the 20th century.

Look at this: "A key tool of this movement is disparate-impact liability, which holds that a near insurmountable presumption of unlawful discrimination exists where there are any differences in outcomes in certain circumstances among different races, sexes, or similar groups, even if there is no facially discriminatory policy or practice or discriminatory intent involved, and even if everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed. "

That is flat-out bullshit. It's completely flipped backwards. It's almost impossible to prove as the proponent, unless you have the people who wrote the law on tape blatantly admitting their secret, racist motivations. Disparate impact is a bulwark against the use of seemingly race-neutral policies to effect a discriminatory purpose. When coupled with their arguments against (benign) race-conscious policies like diversity initiatives in higher education, what you end up with is a regime where you can do whatever you want for whatever reason you want, so long as you don't admit it out loud.

Agreed - because it’s a lesson in the denial of reality by #blueanongE.

The #blueanongE Big Mad Express has gone  thermonuclear in the last 24 hours.

Amazing.

Reminder to viewers of this blog.

This dude had a series of mini meltdowns as I discussed The Grifters Biden - smart people like me knew it was all true.

As we know now- even our own government finally admitted it was all true and thus we had the Robo Pen grant the various sub minions of the Grifters Biden proactive blanket pardons.

Right, being in charge of a country that can't even properly invade it's smaller neighbor right.

So they’re using only the vaccination numbers since late January 2025 in their “modeling exercise”?

Guys, he said he's negotiated 200 trade deals already. He just can't tell us about them, but they are awesome. What's the problem here?

I seem to recall a certain very high tech stealth drone suddenly just losing its way (or some weird cover story) over Iran .. . . and it landed nice and neat, and by all accounts, the Iranians back engineered the thing and started using those concepts in some of their indigenously produced weapons systems.  That were completely left unchecked in the world of nuclear deals and tarmac cash . . .

#blueanongE didn't give a single solitary eff about it.

Now . . . it's meltdown about everything all the time

We're even counting dollars . . . the same people who had no problem in sending billions of dollars in weapons and cold hard cash to the grifter state known as Ukraine.

Two judges arrested . . . good.

One just got busted for housing a illegal alien gang member.

#blueanon - The best friend illegal alien criminals ever had

#blueanon - Putting 1000x more effort into facilitating the crimes of non Americans then they are in helping actual Americans
