I say I'm going to stop doing this but I guess I'm not. Can you rough ridin' imagine if Obama or Biden did anything remotely like this? You would be able to heat the earth from the collective anger and vitriol from Republicans and news networks.

Your average Trump voter is not capable of that level of critical thinking.

If we are going to make it purely a monetary transaction I'd prefer we didn't low ball it.

Measles is less deadly than covid. I don't expect these people to care at all.

Yeah, other countries charge more for the same thing. IMO it should match the VSL at least

Viewers of this blog are reminded that the previous administration placed no requirements for Covid (and likely other) vaccinations for illegal immigrants . . . while essentially firing government and military personnel for not getting a Covid vax

Now . . . the same are stunned when West Texas is having an outbreak of a communicable disease.

The fatality rate is 1 in 1000 and the COVID death rate during the pandemic was like 2 or 3 in 100.

I'm sure social media, Fox, and MAGA will totally not blame it on immigrants regardless. See above. LOL

These parents need to host a measles party and invite all the other unvaxed kids over to catch the disease. That would end this pandemic by boosting immunity the natural way, with some potential side effects like hearing/vision loss, brain disorders, auto-immune disorders, and death.

I think measles is probably more deadly in kids. I'm not sure what the COVID death rate was for that age group, but it's pretty low. I still don't think any of these people will care.

What does having and spreading a communicable disease have to do with citizenship status?

Answer: Nothing

Hope to see an executive order renaming measles "The American Greatness Rash"

Viewers of this blog will note that the origins of the anti-vax movement are mired deep in the #blueanon movement and are still very much alive today within a substantial faction of #blueanon.

Admittedly, when Big Pharma took  control of substantial swaths of #blueanon via conduits like Bernie Sanders and Liz Warren that vast swath of #blueanon fully assimilated to their mega-corp overlords and question nothing that they say or do.

Yeah, pretty amazing how the parties change over time. Hell, 10 years ago, the republicans were anti-Nazi.

Given the mega censorship and vast population social control freaks that exist within #blueanon both here in the United States and abroad . . . the above statement is highly debatable.

One could easily argue that #blueanon is embedded with gestapo/stasi level control freaks
