7/23/20 Today is a Federal Government should control everything day for CoronaBoy Phil.

States Rights lasted approximately 56 hours
Covering for incompetence is hard I bet. He doesn't even know how hard you are working for him.

CornonaBro Phil, I'll say 48 hours and we'll be back on state's rights.

My criticism of Trump and his administration is very consistent.  Let's take Trump at his word and he (federal govt) is there to support states when they need help.  Fine.  I agree with that. Then two bad events happen to states acoss the country.

Bad event a) hits a state.  The officials in that state in charge of handlng that bad event have had their budgets slashed over the past few years.  They beg for help from the federal government. Please come here.  In return they get blamed for not preparing.

Bad event b) hits a state.  The officials in that state in charge of handling that bad even have had their budgets increased bigly over the past few years.  They tell the federal government we don't need their help. Please don't come here.  In return they get all kinds of help.

It's incompetence and/or simply playing politics with people's lives.  Situation A is killing people for months. across the country  Situation B a federal building windows got broke out in one city.  JFC.

Lol, yet the states have the right to lockdown  everything at anytime they wish to do so.

Close schools, cancel all events, close businesses etc etc.

The world is still pretty much in lockdown, Phil.   Premiere League-No Fans, Bundesliga-No Fans, La Liga-No Fans, Australian Rule Football-50% capacity some stadiums etc. etc. etc.

Barcelona-Lock Down, an entire province of Australia-Lock Down, Hong Kong-Restrictions etc. etc. etc.

No cure, no vaccine . . . world wide pandemic still ongoing.

People freaking out about going back to school.   A handful of deaths due to Covid-19 in school aged children equals total meltdown.   Hundreds of deaths every year of school aged children due to the seasonal flu, pneumonia and other viral infections . . . virtually no mitigation efforts whatsoever besides please wash your hands kids and blow your nose into a Kleenex and not on your shirt.

Simply accepted as a fact of life.   But it's not politics.

the president playing politics with this world wide pandemic is why we are in such bad shape.  No consistent message/plan is why we are in such bad shape.   Simple as that.

Well, if there's one thing we need and that's the GrandMa killers, who, to a person yelled and screamed for the Feds to come save the day, and the Feds did.  Now defining what a meal is, that'll show the RONA!
