Dax prob deleted those ones

a fun thing is that we have a separate board where all the deleted posts/threads go that we can check out. also edits of those and other posts. as a general practice we don't bring them back from the dead or quote them. but it's not, like, a formal rule because we are an anarcho-capitalist organization.

Spracs, whats the ruling going to be?

What will the maga bootstrapper excuse for him not paying taxes like hard working americans while he funnels millions into his shitty properties and family businesses?

Okay Pat

I am not in favor of this being used as a disparaging nickname.

I have no knowledge of this area of the law, so anyone's guess is as good as mine. My gut says Trump wins.

It’s usually not that controversial to get someone’s tax returns when it’s relevant. Where fraud or criminal activity are alleged I think you’d usually expect it to be an easy case. Although it gets a lot tougher when the person is not a party to the case.

I’m sure here Trump is claiming PRESIDENTIAL HARASSMENT! Maybe that’s enough to sway it, but seems to me a tough case when like every president in the modern era has publicly disclosed their tax returns.

Voluntarily, though. I don't think the Court likes wading into power struggles between the other two branches.

I could see a middle ground where he’s required to provide the returns (as a private citizen, not the president), but enforcement is delayed while he’s in office.

The best way to be concerned about the plight of American soldiers is to bring them home from a pile of rocks that the U.S. has occupied for nearly two decades.

But that's not the New NeoCon way.

So not to get too nerdy here but are bidenbots sentient? Seems like we are programmed to do a specific task(Orange man bad, Biden good).

Think about the components of being sentient.   Cognitive ability, awareness are a couple of components.   Then re-read what I said.

I'm going to have the gE CPA cancel all her meetings and dig through this thing for us if it gets released to the public.
