For a lot of people, the issue is about whether or not the US President is above the law, as the leader of a dictatorship is.

Yes, the argument from the admin was literally that the president is immune from criminal investigation. Anytime that argument is shut down, it's a good day.

Further, given the way that the legislative branch has capitulated to Trump, it's a major relief to see that one branch hasn't completely gone off the deep end.

No one knew what the outcome would be. That is, no one knew if the Supreme Court would determine that the president is above the law. That's really rough ridin' funny stuff, isn't it?

The whole legislative branch capitulation take is    as it applies to the real-politic of the last couple of years.

Look dude, your guy put the crown on top of the presidency, don't start whining now.

Will Trump put out nasty tweets about his two SCOTUS appointees (Kavanaugh & Gorsuch) for voting against him?

New Neo Con is just too much of a linguistic redundancy for me

The average rock brained dipshit BidenBot thinks that NeoCon ='s Republican.

Out of curiosity would you be willing to list some neo-conservative politicians who are not Republicans.

It depends on how you want to define Neo-Conservative and Neo-Liberal.

The two have been been bastardized to the extreme.

For example, Barack Obama was described (correctly) in some circles as PNAC on steroids.   So how do you define him?

I always thought he acted much as a moderate republican would have.

That being said i thought that the right had painted Obama as a radical far left Marxist.

Now he is being considered a neo-conservative???

Also still waiting for the full list of Dem neo-conservatives so that we can laugh at the average rock brained dipshits together.

You can't categorize the Obama administration as being anything.   The weirdest foreign policy administration in modern presidential history.

From attempting to install the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, to taking out the Libyan government because Sarkozy was going to get embarrassed when it was discovered his campaign was taking money from Gaddafi, to putting stinger missiles and other weapons in the hands of people who make the Mujahedin look positively tepid to saddling up next to Central American dictators, to rolling over to Putin and toasting Xi, to spying on our allies . . . just an amazing crap show.

You can start with Joe Biden.   Many of them are out of government, Hillary, Leon, Albright etc. etc.

Thing is Lick, many of them do just enough after we're already committed with bombs and missiles to keep themselves off the true PeaceNik Radar.   Joe Biden's entire foreign policy career is an attempt to walk between the raindrops while brown people die.
