if he had just used a taco holder i think this whole disaster could have been avoided

also if he had made his own tortillas from scratch

i am quickly becoming a carne asada kingpin, but my one problem is that my weber Q doesnt get hot enough to get a good char on both sides without over cooking it all

then when you eat the taco, watch chiefs highlights on your phone at the same time but don't let taco juice drip on the screen
