A conference where everyone hates each other but is committed to remaining together to ensure that hate burns for decades.

If we got Louisville and the couch burners, anyone heard anything about what ND would to with it's non-football sports? Chip's saying that BYU may not be warm to joining a "volatile" B12. I'd rather get BYU as FB only and ND in everything else. BYU might be much more willing to join at FB only. If the Big12 falls apart in 5 years they are right back to where they are now, only with a lot more money.Imagine the B12 bball tourney in KC with ND, WVU, and Louisville replacing A&M, Nub, and CU.
Who would be the gay guy playing a straight guy?

I would hope the conference doesn't BSFS east side erector set the membership. Who gives a flying eff about NDs basketball and soccer programs? On a similar note I hope the new Big 12 puts pressure on KSU and ISU to bolster their embarrassing Olympic sports offerings.

It would be like "How I Met Your Mother".More battery throwing, more in game head kicks, more defacing of respected landmarks, etc. In game excitement, off game story lines, bad blood in all directions. My god... if that wouldn't be the absolute best entertainment in the sporting world, what would be?
I think the SEC wants to give back the collies but I think it might have difficulty in doing so
So when Boren caused the dustup a few weeks ago in the Daily Oklahoman about doing what was in OU's best interest, he was completely bluffing and we were never to have believed any of it? I think that's way too reductive. But if it actually was true that he was just posturing with that bluff, at how he scared Pitt and Syracuse into jumping off the sinking ship of the Big East.
