Not sure what I think about that.I think BYU is the obvious choice.I believe the line of thinking is the Big 12 wouldn't want to abandon the Houston market. Texas already has the Houston market. UH would have to upgrade in a goddamn hurry if they wanted to be relevant in the Big 12-2. TCU would be a better option. saw on twitter that Houston's # of Alums in 4 times as many as TCU's....or whatever...making Houston more appealing. eff this crap.plus we already own the Dallas market. adding a dallas team would be meaningless. we lose aTm and don't replace we lose HoustonDon't we lose Houston, anyway, though? I can't imagine there being more fans of Houston in Houston than fans of Texas A&M. Just having UT should be enough to have Big 12 games televised in Houston, shouldn't it?

Mark my words, if the Big 12 adds another school(s), it will be from another conference. Or possibly an independent/BYU. We will not be the victim. Mark my words friendo.

Mark my words friendo.thanks for narrowing down the fact that if the big12 adds something it will be a school and that school will already be in a conference or will be an independent. this is different from what i was hearing yesterday when the big12 was considering adding a can of tuna to the conference. i mean dear god carnes, that post is stupid even for you. it's like my sister gave her kids her iphone and is allowing them to post at will on this board. it's just like jesus man.

How's that workin' out for you? Let me tell you a little something about the system, Daris. The first thing you should know about the system is that it's not really a system at all. Let that sink in for a little bit.

Let that sink in for a little bit.hold on just a minute...just heard from my source that the big12 is still considering adding a can of tuna and have even begun backchanneling convos with an australian terrier and 32inch toshiba lcd to join the conference. the lcd is only 60hz though and a refurb, which has a couple of university presidents up in arms and stating they won't even consider it. so anyway, i guess your mark my words guarantee might not be all that great after all. or it was pretty great because honest to god the only options would be to add a school that's in a conference or not in a conference and that's what you said. so it's like hey guys i rick daris guarantee that the big12 will either stay a conference or it won't. mark my words on that. you heard it here first.

I want us to add as many shitty programs as possible, so that we just barely stay BCS eligible. It will be like the good old days of the Big 8 in the 90's.
kbohls Top names UT, I mean Big 12, will consider from several sources: Notre Dame, BYU, Air Force in that order.
What about Rice?
