I'm not trying to throw my hat into this discussion, but it all depends on which numbers you're talking about, which numbers you're ignoring, and the utility of comparing numbers laterally (oxford comma intended).

Life lesson here, folks.  In the course of our lives, and often in the wake of unwanted developments, a person may become consumed by the possible - even likely - deterioration of our mortal coils.  But if and when that day may come, would you want to arrive there knowing you sold out the good times, wasted them for fear of the struggles which were then only mere possibilities?  No, no, you enjoy the present goodness and in the future let come what may.   We exist within the flat plain between two spools, one winding up the past and one unwinding the future.  No spoilerz!

Am I the only one who worries about Foster leaving early?  Not this year but he's awfully good so after his soph or junior year wouldn't be out of the question.

He is 6'2 and he is not a point guard.   That is about 3-4 inches shorter than a normal shooting guard in the league.  Kinda similar to Pullen being only 6'0.  It's tough to be a 6'0 point guard and basicly unheard of to be a 6'2 shooting guard in the NBA.   So for now, I think it is a safe bet that Foster is here all 4 years

Wiggins' numbers are pretty good, and he's within striking distance of KU's all-time scoring record for a freshman. 




Raw stats: 

Wiggins - 16 ppg, 5.9 rpg, 1.6 apg, 1.0 spg, 43.5% fg, 34.9% 3pt, 74.8% ft

Foster - 15 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 2.1 apg, 0.6 spg, 42.7% fg, 38.8% 3pt, 70.2% ft
