Spencer Kietzman, apologize to Jacob Pullen

I'm going to have 810 on tunein radio with the volume down; generally the show annoys me.  If there's a hint of this being addressed, pm me so I can listen and hopefully record.  Whoever figured out how to get the MIR radio thing re: fff off my ipad and onto a way we can all listen later will have to do that.

So, yeah, I'm gonna need that hero again.  I think last time it was on my phone and easily emailed.  This is on my ipad which I'm even more Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) with.

How can I export recordings from TuneIn Radio Pro?
We are unable to make recordings accessible outside of TuneIn Radio Pro.

Anybody know how to get this done other than me finding a quiet room in which I can play my ipad real loud and record the audio with something else?

Prior to turning me on to a program that made things much easier, fff was highly amused by how I'd leave my little mp3 player/recorder thing on in my bedroom recording Snyder/Huggins shows to listen to later.

I stole a bike once. It was a cop bike. The cop was writing a ticket in aggieville, and I was hammered drunk. Stole the bike, rode to city park, dropped it off, and ran like hell. Cop gave chase for a minute, then called it in. Not sure what in the hell I was thinking.

If he was stealing bikes JC and his minions would have known about it, and he would have been punished to the highest degree.  Rumor has it he had a tail on every player on the bball team.

Can one of our attorneycat's tell me if this is a felony or not?  From my understanding it would be a felony in some states even if the bike's were worth less than $1,000 if the chain was cut.  Kevin said he carried wire cutters for cutting the chains on these bikes.  I don't know if KS has this law or not but that's some serious crap if it does.

As I have understood such laws in the past, you don't even need to have a chain cut.

Not even theft under Kansas law.  Most likely only criminal deprivation of property for the temporary use of the bike and criminal damage to property for the cutting of the lock.  Both would only be misdemeanors assuming the lock wasn't worth over a grand.  Pullen evidently knows what he's doing.

Obviously, the guy had his own pair of wire cutters he carried to campus everyday.

I am starting to think our campus has a lot of cowards if Jake was strolling out of class, whipping these cutters out and going to work on a bike chain in front of Cardwell or wherever and no one said a word.

Maybe Spencer is right, the athletes get away with murder.
