got me some Meat Mitchgreat: cheesy corn, saucesgood: ribs, burnt ends, beans, slawdisappointing: brisket (dry! tough!)
got it to-go, which probably plays a part. i enjoyed the meal quite a bit overall.forgot to mention pulled pork, which was good!

god that looks good. i never know what to say during Texas vs KC bbq debates. Texas brisket that i've had is pretty, pretty, ... pretty good.

The crown prime rib at jackstack is top notch. Don’t listen to clams. Everyone in the scene has his beef rib power ratings very low.

meat mitch does them on saturdays, $40 a popthe only other place that I know that sells them is jackstack and I wouldn’t recommend that place if you have a smoker, sam’s and costco sell beef plate ribs and they’re pretty easy to make yourself

Maybe that is just the nature of beef ribs.
