that's awesome. you guys are probably in the minority.  I think that probably the most common argument couples have is over infedility and money, until they have kids then it might be how to raise kids but I think you should really talk about how you want to raise kids before having kids so we don't fight about that either.

You know what we fight about?  Laundry.  Oh man have we had it out over that, washing my Chiefs shirt with her socks, I'll never do that again!

I think the problem with lopakman's system is the flow of money is all communist.  The paychecks should go to your individual accounts, then equal parts taken from there and sent to your joint accounts to pay bills and grow savings and such.

I don't think if we had a wedding looming, she'd even give a crap. She didn't last year. Even tho her parents are taking care of the wedding, she still has her eyes set on some awesome honeymoon. She really wants me to get my passport stamped.

My wife is an accountant so she knows exactly how much money we make and have.  In fact she has projected our spending out for the next six months....in a spreadsheet.  I have to pretend like I care.
