Pro tip, 'blast: Make sure you have plenty of space for the both of you in the new place. Ms. Wacky and I have made it work for over a year in a one bedroom, but we're aiming for two here in the near future.

No, but you have no clue how much crap both of them probably have without knowing it. I stored a lot of mine. Maybe an office/guest bedroom and the master.

no. eventually i will get a dog, but i'm in no rush. and if the place we find doesn't allow it, so be it.

i had toyed with the idea of buying a house, but we kind of like the idea of renting a place downtown/crossroads.

I like pets too, but when you start cleaning up messes from a pet that isn't even yours, it can get annoying. Congrats and enjoy Alaska!

well two guys who just moved in with their ladies have given 'blast advice to get more than just a 1 bedroom. for us, a study was cheaper than a 2nd bedroom. having extra space was a must for us, but i guess i should let you tell me what i need.
