I think position coach, head coach, and coordinator all require very different skill sets and don't necessarily correlate to each other
hmm, i'll have to think about this take a bit more. Have there been other position coaches that had shitty units get promoted to coordinator? I mean, it has probably happened, but if the unit you coach is shitty, why would someone trust you to run a unit that includes more people?
