you're right. rip the field out and put in natural grass - as that's what we had back in the day. The point I keep making - and the one you keeping failing to notice is the area we are talking about, the EZOD, other wise known as the area behind the rough ridin' endzone, where no one plays, that used to be covered with black asphalt that is just as hot and, wait for it, even hotter than black turf would be. dumb crap.

How are KU and K-State's situations any different? Both have future plans to renovate their football stadiums. Neither has broken ground on construction yet.

Your football stadium appears to be last renovated the day they finished the original construction of it. Not really the same situation at all.
