I always enjoy this stuff . . . at OSU apparently its an anything goes kind of thing, players do whatever they want, whenever they want with no accountability, whereas at K-State . . . players are "prepared for life".
The next one would seemingly contradict my facilities matter stance . . . but they aren't the only thing. However some are now leaning on the fact that Gundy's success is entirely related to T. Boone Pickens money/facilities. Well, if it were just based on facilities, North Carolina (for example) should challange for the ACC and National Championship every season, but they don't.
Gundy is a good coach, who learned he needed to quit calling plays . . . he's got an exciting high powered system, a youthful approach and is running the kind of program that 18 year olds are drawn to . . . OSU has raised the bar because they had no other choice, unless they wanted to be completely blown away by OU. Nobody forced Pickens to give OSU the money, and they've had other big time donors step up as well. They're going to be a force in the Big 12 for a long time IMO.
