no, day 1 is chest/back & abs.

tomorrow is worse?

shazbot!.

OMG yes. Plyometrics is rough ridin' brutal. Might want to put some recovery drink in your water bottle. I highly recommend it. I've got some in mine...

Also, skipped yoga and just did cardio again. Yoga sucks.

Yoga is by far the most difficult(for dudes)...and one that pays off the most.

Meh. If I can tie my shoes and stretch back far enough to grab the seat belt in my car, I'm good.

JFC, you weren't kidding about the plyometrics.  I pushed myself to keep up with them the whole time, now I want to die.

I'm noticing a trend.  How long into this thing before you don't want to die every night?

My man-titties (a cups) hurt like hell today.

BTW, what happened to WildcatNKilt?

Yoga today.  Nervous about that, I'm not extremely flexible.

Plyo definitely leaves you feeling the most sore, but my arms are pretty much on fire.   :runaway:

Just started week 3. Actually cranked out 33 Mason twists before shitting myself and passing out for 15 minutes.

:crossfingers:  going to try for my second attempt with P90X.  Did almost all of the 90 days but didn't follow the diet.
This time I'm going to follow the diet and workout to the T.

Oh Goddamn if this thread isn't just the best fuckin' entertainment on the 'net!   I wasn't certain exactly what a "Mason Twist" might be (thought it must be some sort of spinning ultra-heavy deadlift or something the way you pvssies have been whining about it) so I inquired and discovered that it's actually ... this?!?  So sitting on your ass and simultaneously moving your arms back and forth across your body is a challenge for you 'tards?  Good frucking grief but y'all must be a lot more pathetic than I suspected (and I suspected you were pretty pathetic).

BTW, cranked out 40 for the first time. Pretty good/terrible feeling.

Just about to start phase II. 6 lbs and 1+ inches off my waist so far. Still suck at plyometrics/pullups.

I regularly pause that crap until my heart rate drops out of the kill zone. But I'm awesome at lateral frog-squat leaps.

I have achieved the zen of fatassedness.  Well, at least until they perfect the genetic vector that will effect in humans a mutation similar to that found in Belgian Blue cattle or Bulley Whippets, I will volunteer for clinical trials / travel to China for that crap.  Until then I'll just continue to LOL @ you 'tards.
