Pat Bowlen fired him. Shanahan took a year off and is now ruining the Redskins franchise.

He'll be playing, there are literally no restrictions on physical activity after this surgery.  Give him a local pain killer and BAM, good to go.

Pretty sure Dan Snyder is the one running the Skins into the ground.  How many rediculous contracts can one guy dole out?

You've been wrong about everything related to the Chiefs.

Why on earth should we trust you now?

the average person takes 3-5 days to recover. espn wrote they were told by chief's staff there was a 50% chance he'd play.
aren't you glad it wasn't you? - g.h.

The Chiefs staff also stated that promoting Tyler Palko to the roster on the same day Cassel went under the knife was purely coincidence.

I had my appendix taken out in a lap procedure.  Went in for surgery about 7pm.  Was out of the hospital at 2:30 the next afternoon.  Told me no work or driving for 5-7 days to let stitches heal.  Although I felt pretty well fine after about a day and a half after heading home.

I was so bored sitting at home I walked the block to Wal Mart to entertain myself.

I feel like he wouldn't have left that part out of the story, but if he did, then he needs to work on his storytelling.

What have I been wrong about?

Most recently, this:

If the Chiefs piss-pound Denver as they should the line will open around 3.5 I believe. Of course there's no accounting for the vast amounts of people who bet after watching sportscenter, and their affect on lines.

Also, wrong use of affect/effect.  :nono:

Yup, I was wrong on that one.  Though everything implies a plurality, so what gives grammar king?
