baby birds do develop amazingly fast, but not one week fast.

that was a pretty horrible story, emo.

The mourning doves were hatched and out of the nest in 3 to 4 days. And due to the place where the nest is, 3 stories up, I don't think a predator got up there and I didn't see their dead bodies.

Also in addition to large variety of birds and rabbits, apparently foxes come in from to time to grab a rabbit. Would love/hate to see that.

i saw an enormous owl as i was walking into the new belgium brewery last weekend. also, there were maybe 20 dogs inside the taphouse. tons of really good boys in there. you will feel like a loser if you go in there without a dog.

it's a lamb under a heat lamp in a red plastic box, so I could see how it looks fried, but you're wrong and it isn't
