By "have" do you mean that you preserved said two headed calf in some fashion?  I would love to see a picture of this anomaly.  TIA  (Thanks In Advance)

A 2-headed calf occurs from time to time, although rarely. Years ago, I witnessed the calving of one such specimen, which was delivered at the hands of a veterinarian relative. These 2xcalves typically live for a very short time...this one lived for a couple of hours. Pics? No. Had no camera with me at the time. Google it, and you'll find it happens.

It probably does happen, like once in a million years, you have no proof, didn't happen.  Make a sketch next time or something and sign it all artist like, then maybe I will believe.

Wasn't this really already known?  I remember hearing this lecture in my Aerodynamics class.

I was going to say this too. Maybe engineers knew it, but scientists didn't?

I first learned about it in 3rd grade. It's been known for years why birds fly in a V.

known that they took advantage of upwash from adjacent birds in v formations, not known (afaik) that they could time wingbeats with respect to adjacent bird's wingbeats to maintain themselves in the best position to use upwash from adjacent bird throughout the wingbeat cycle.

They tried this with large airplanes, like cargo sized or whatever, the idea being to save fuel, but the updraft would have been enough to shear the wings right off the following plane.  I've heard that on big airports they limit the take-offs to once every 90 seconds or so because they want the previous plane's updraft/turbulence to be gone.
