if you are militantly against peanuts being in peanut butter, i am curious what it is that you like about peanut butter.

Butter isn't chunky

Peanut butter is

this is why creamy peanut butter is called "spread"

I've never heard of somebody older than 10 eating creamy peanut butter. Smuckers All-Natural is fine, if you want to waste 15 minutes of your life stirring it up when you could just be enjoying peanut butter.

Now that we have established that Jif Crunchy is best, what do you like to eat with your peanut butter?

1. PB and saltine sandwiches with cold milk
2. PB and triscuit sandwiches with cold milk
3. PB on waffles with maple syrup
4. PB and J (Jif Crunchy and Welch's grape jelly slathered on whole wheat bread)

I didn't read this thread but I get these acai bowls that come with almond butter and I always get an extra scoop of creamy peanut butter and it's really good. I even had one yesterday. Wow!

Never?! Almost 80% of the pb sold in the US is creamy lmao. Just another crunchy-boy disconnected from the reality of the pb world. Sad.

Ok so…roughly 80% of peanut butter is consumed by children? That actually sounds about right. I will admit, the majority of my creamy peanut butter consumption comes from when I make my daughter (under 10) a sangwich and then lick the knife (I’m from the Midwest I don’t waste food)

I sometimes think about how different my life would be if that girl eating a chocolate bar hadn’t bumped into the guy eating peanut butter straight from the jar and the peanut butter cup was never invented.

Smuckers strawberry jam is a close 2nd behind Welch's grape jelly for PBJs

Well my cousins are from Texas and they used grape jelly on there PBJs so I know for a fact it's not just a Kansas thing.

What is the difference between Strawberry Jam and Preserves? I’ve always enjoyed preserves

I think there are more big strawberry pieces in preserves compared with jam.

I've quizzed everybody I've ran into after reading this. 95% grape answer. I believe every person I asked had been raised in KS though.

Added sugar in PB is gross. Added sugar in already sweet fruit spread is even grosser. Paulener all fruit strawberry is the best.

I had forgotten all about that one. Are they still in production?
Watchamacallit is an excellent PB-themed candy bar as well.

Around the holidays, the kids will make Ritz cracker +PB sandwiches and coat them in melted chocolate -- also a great use for PB
